Returns & Exchanges
Our goal is to remove any risk from your online shopping experience, and to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can ship your items back to us free of charge within 45 days of the original purchase date for either a full refund or exchange. We will provide you with a free return shipping label to use.
To request a return or exchange, you may fill out the form on our contact us page or email us directly at email@example.com. Make sure to include the order number for the items you are wanting to return or exchange.
Terms & Conditions of Returns & Exchanges:
The returned items must be unused and in the condition you received them. They must also be in their original packaging. Additionally, we must receive your returned items within 45 days of your original date of purchase. Any refunds or exchanges requested after the above stated 45 day period will be denied.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified that we have received your returned items. You will also be notified once your return is approved or rejected.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for your order.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
It may take 7-14 business days for your return to fully process. If you have been approved for a refund but have not received it after two weeks, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get you taken care of.
Please note that we only replace items within the 45 day period of purchase if they arrive defective or damaged. If your item(s) arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at email@example.com. We reserve the right to request pictures and additional documentation.
